FREE SPINAL
CARE CLASSES
Monday nights,
once a month at 7:15pm
Every
month, our clinic offers a half-hour seminar,
providing new and active patients with a broad
orientation, demonstration, and explanation of
spinal health and postural rehabilitation. The class
also reviews stretching and strengthening exercises,
proper postural habits, and offers excellent tips
for ergonomics at the work place and home. All
patients, new or experienced, find the seminar to be
extremely helpful and informative.
The Spinal Care Class is open to anyone who is
interested in learning about posture. This is a good
opportunity to have questions answered, and to hear
the testimonies of those who have experienced the
postural rehabilitation program.
As
seating is limited, you must contact
